We want to help with a simple system. Just insert your name and email address below and also the name and email address of a trusted contact.
RUOK will send you a daily email. If you click on the email link, then we know you’re OK. If you don’t respond to the daily email within 18 hours, we will send a message to your nominated contact asking them to check on you.
Have the reassurance that someone is keeping an eye on you in case of an emergency when you’re alone.
